| Lynn has been a full time real estate broker for over 21 years. Known as a professional thorough Contra Costa Lynn has an extensive network of real estate professionals she has come to know over the years. She utilizes her network to search for homes for her buyers and to search for client's homes she has listed for sale.
Lynn feels her responsibilities to her clients must include and education about market conditions so her clients can make well-informed decisions, negotiating contractual terms in the best interest of her client, following through on contractual details to the close of sale; and when selling a home, providing her clients with a viable personal marketing plan of action.
Lynn has lived in the Bay area since l975. She grew up on Lompoc, California. Went to College at the University of California Santa Barbara. Lynn is associated with California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
